Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Richmond, VA)

Bright Hollow Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
