Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Reno, NV)

Bluepeak Ashton Hospitality is a hospitality company in Reno with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Reno. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
