Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Birch Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Reno. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
