Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Redstone Hollow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Memphis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
