Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Lumen West Care Services supports families and individuals in Madison with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
