Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Timber Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
