Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Silverline Hollow Health provides primary and specialty care in El Paso, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
