Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Northwind Meadow Community Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
