Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath Glen Health Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
