Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meadow Housing and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
