Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Amberfield Yarrow Inspection Services is an inspection company in Orlando with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
