Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Yarrow Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
