Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Knoxville serving students and families, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
