Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Lumen Rowan Legal Group is a law firm in Memphis serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
