Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Lumen Stone Hospitality is a hospitality company in Buffalo with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
