Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Greenridge Summit Markets is a Boise retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
