Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Northwind Stone Care Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
