Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Linden Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Orlando, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
