Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath Orchard Care Services Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
