Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Highbridge Rook Community Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
