Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Nova Iron Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Boise area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
