Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Foxglove Rook Markets is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
