Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Maple Community Partners Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
