Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Junction Financial is a financial-services company in St. Louis. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to payment disputes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on payment disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
