Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Pine Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cleveland area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 350 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
