Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Lumen Beacon Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Nashville, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
