Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Fernwood Bright Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around New Orleans with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
