Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Ironwood Ashton Facilities looks after properties across the Albuquerque region. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
