Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Stonegate Haven Early Learning is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
