Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Associates is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
