Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ember Community Partners and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
