Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Summit Meridian Hospitality is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
