Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Health Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
