Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Highbridge Quill Legal Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
