Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Harborlight Meadow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Jackson with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
