Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Forge Freight is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 773 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
