Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Madison with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
