Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar North Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Memphis, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
