Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Nova West Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
