Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Fernwood Bright Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
