Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Summit Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Austin with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
