Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Westbrook Rowan Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
