Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Birch Banking Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
