Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath Basin Health is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
