Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Nova Loom Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 668 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
