Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Redstone Cross Facilities Group looks after properties across the Cleveland region. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 853 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
