Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Redstone Pine Staffing is a Kansas City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
