Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Keystone Health runs clinics and patient services around Reno, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
