Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Rook Housing and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
