Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Harborlight Orchard Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 928 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
